Jerome Street Bakery

Jerome Street Bakery was created bringing two passions together: baking and supporting our wonderful and vibrant community.  The mission of JSB is to assist those in need within our community through cooperative efforts with local non-profits. 

We specialize in fresh, seasonal, and organic sweets inspired by the abundance of beauty in Alaska… the dark snowy winters, the mountains, the wildness, and our lovely piece of earth we call home.

Every product is made with love and intention, therefore no one cake will ever look the same.  Each order is unique and personal to the individual or event and is based on seasonal availability.

Every jar and bottle begins with our loving intention. Each small batch is harvested, carefully crafted, and packaged by hand, with every effort put forth to offer a healthy and nourishing experience. Each ingredient used is chosen with intention and sensitivity to the environment and global impact.

Operating on the ethos of love, gratitude, and inclusivity, we hope to inspire transformation far beyond our small northern space. The recipe may be different from year to year and harvest to harvest, the temperature, the weather, and the harvesting location.
